1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website kusholandscaping.com or by requesting services from Kusho Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Kusho Landscaping provides lawn care and landscaping services in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: lawn mowing, landscaping, mulch installation, hedge trimming, yard cleanups, pressure washing, and sod installation.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Estimates

Free estimates are provided based on the information you submit. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, property size, or scope of work discovered on-site. We will communicate any changes before beginning work.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
• We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash.
• Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or removal from our service schedule.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled service date.
• Remove or secure pets, vehicles, and personal items from work areas.
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards before work begins.
• Kusho Landscaping is not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or hidden obstacles.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by weather, pre-existing conditions, or customer-provided materials.

8. Liability Limitation

Kusho Landscaping carries liability insurance. However, our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, disrupt its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or offensive content.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Kusho Landscaping and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
